Who We Are

Paradigm is a men's organization centered around "Forging Model Men of Aggieland" by developing their leadership skills to help them succeed in all areas of life. A paradigm is "an example or pattern of something; a model" and that is what we hope to be at Texas A&M: an example or model to be followed.

For our annual winter service retreat, our members had the privilege of working at the San Antonio Food Bank over break❄️🍎 We sorted over 11,000 pounds of food that will be able to feed more than 8,000 people!

In March, Josh will be working at Nike full-time and we’re super proud of what he’s accomplished. •Why Paradigm? I wanted to be a part of a group that would always have my back and Paradigm has been that through and through since I joined. •How have you grown since joining Paradigm? I have been in Paradigm for all my college life, so who I am today and how far I have come as a friend, member, and leader, I owe to this organization. •What do you hope to see for the future of Paradigm? After having a blast at songfest, I would love to see this org win someday! •Favorite Paradigm Memory? Service retreat in Dallas with the boys.
